Useful addition to your library and gives good potted histories of most of your blues artists. Was sorry to see that Lula/ Lula Reed didn't get a mention, and that lots of R&B artists were ignored, which makes me think that a seperate volume on R&B (40s, 50s, and 60s stuff) would be much appreciated, particularly by the mod contingent.I wasn't surprised by these omissions (too obscure, too specialised) but I was surprised that Chuck Berry, Little Richard, Zoot Money and Dr Feelgood were neglected, particularly as Fats Domino, Bo Diddley, Nine Below Zero, the Blues Band, and the Inmates were all included.Mustn't grumble - a handy little book which should keep me quiet for a while.
